Anyelis Duran is a 20-year-old university student majoring in Human Resources and Business Administration. Born in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico and raised in North Carolina, USA since the age of 11, she is proudly bilingual in both Spanish and English.

From a very young age, Anyelis discovered her passion for modeling and fashion. In 2022, she began her pageantry journey by earning the title of Teen North Carolina Latina USA ‘23, an experience that deepened her love for the industry and inspired her to continue pursuing her dreams.

Over the years, she has participated in fashion shows, modeling events, and had the opportunity to travel to New York City, where she connected with some of the most recognized modeling agencies in the United States. Although many doors closed along the way, Anyelis remained faithful to God’s timing and purpose for her life.

In 2024, she was selected to represent North Carolina at JR Beauty USA 2025, where she earned the prestigious title of MISS TEENAGER UNIVERSE USA ‘26 along with the special award of Miss Elegance. Through dedication, discipline, and months of preparation alongside her coaches and national directors, she proudly represented the United States internationally in Bali, Indonesia, where she achieved Top 3 placement as MISS TEENAGER UNIVERSE 2nd Runner Up.

Beyond the titles and accomplishments, one of the most meaningful parts of her journey has been the friendships and sisterhood she has gained along the way. Through pageantry, she has met inspiring women who have become lifelong friends and unforgettable parts of her story.

Today, Anyelis continues to use her platform to inspire young women to believe in themselves, embrace their journey, and understand that dreams truly become reality through faith, perseverance, and hard work.

“Never let closed doors define your worth, because what is meant for you will always find its way in God’s perfect timing.”
