Bianca Tapia — Universal Woman United States 2026

Born in Makati, Manila, Philippines, Bianca Tapia’s story is one of courage, resilience, and purpose. As a child, her hearing did not fully develop, and English became her second language after her family made the brave decision to move to the United States in search of greater opportunities. Because her speech developed differently, Bianca experienced moments where she felt misunderstood and questioned where she truly belonged.

But instead of allowing those challenges to define her, Bianca transformed them into her mission.

Her journey inspired a passion for advocacy, inclusion, and service. From connecting with students in special education to creating spaces where others could feel seen, heard, and valued, Bianca discovered the power of using her voice to uplift others. That passion followed her into her studies in Human Development at UC Davis, where she continued building the foundation for a life dedicated to helping children and families thrive.

Today, Bianca stands proudly as Universal Woman United States 2026 — an immigrant, an advocate, a woman of strength, and a beauty queen with a purpose. Her dream is not only to wear a crown, but to use it as a symbol of representation for every person who has ever felt different, underestimated, or unseen.

Bianca believes that no one should ever be judged by the way they look, speak, or the challenges they have faced. Instead, our differences should be celebrated, because they shape us, empower us, and remind us that true beauty begins with the courage to rise.
